ChemChron is a free, open desktop application for calculating Th-U-Pb chemical ages from electron microprobe data on monazite, xenotime, and other U-Th-bearing minerals. It covers the full workflow from raw analyses to publication-ready results: mineral classification, isochron and weighted-mean age calculation with full error propagation, editable reference materials and decay constants, long-term reproducibility tracking, and a range of built-in plots (isochron, weighted mean, and ternary composition plots).
ChemChron runs natively on Windows, macOS, and Linux. It is newly developed and still evolving, thus I'd be grateful for any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions from anyone who tries it out.
